Emma Heard - Flugel
After being a member of Crystal Palace Band for many years, Emma joined Sound House Brass in 2000 playing Flugal. In 2003 she helped launch our Youth Band and became its first Musical Director. Emma is a Music Teacher at Widewell Primary where she also runs her own brass band.
In 2006 Emma won the Best Second Section player award at Bugle Contest and in the same year won the Soloist prize at the Exmouth Entertainment Contest.

Lorren has recently moved back to Plymouth from Bristol where she was a member of the City of Bristol Band.
She was a member of Sound House before the band changed from being the Royal British Legion Band. It was at a Clovelly contest with the RBL that she first met husband Dave (Bass). They have a daughter, Lowiss.
