Trevor Halls - 3rd Cornet
Trevor has been a member of the band since 1963 when he moved to Plymouth with his job. Married for over 38 years Trevor has one daughter.
He started playing at school in 1952 and joined the local band in Bridgewater before joining the Plymouth Silver Band. Trevor retired in 1994.
Although his cornet is brought out on very rare occasions Trevor can be found, with John, looking after property and the band library.

John Riggs - Library and Property
John joined the RN as a Signal Boy in 1942 and retired a Senior Communication Officer in 1982. Although not a musician, himself, John always enjoyed marching to and attending concerts by the Royal Marine Band.
Impressed when he heard the band, in Torquay, he purchased the current set of banners, becoming a "friend" then Vice-President of Soundhouse Brass.
John is a member of the band committee and can be found on practice nights in the store cupboard looking after property and the band library.
